GL Financial will provide you with competitive rates, fast service and a wide range of mortgage programs that can be tailored to meet your needs. Home-buyers that apply with GL Financial will receive from Label & Co.

  • A 30-Day Mortgage Contingency Period – This means within 30 days of signing your purchase agreement, if GL Financial is unable to issue you a pre-approval, your deposit will be totally refundable.
